Honey, you can’t convince me that girls dress up solely for their men. I believe that women also inspire each other, and that they appreciate each other’s wardrobe, color palette, and even lunchroom snacks! Turns out, I might be on to something, says mid-day.com. I see bridal showers hitting the national scene, and these often have details as divine as the weddings themselves, with only each other to please.
This week? Might be a little different. As with a wedding day, brides and fiances are drawn to all things red, all things romantic. VALENTINE’S DAY is on Tuesday, for those of you friends who’d forgotten it was coming!

Standing in front of the mirror, I envision these treasures living far beyond the wedding day — dressing these up with a little black dress, or even down with jeans and a matching red lip. Speaking of, don’t you just LOVE Priscilla Wright’s beautiful red lips? These are her own, and will last through her Valentine’s Day with little or no touch up. I guessed it, and she confirmed the color: None other than Russian Red by MAC.
Oh, I know. I’ve heard it already: Those of you who love chocolate are wondering all about that romantic chocolate heart lollipop! If you haven’t been to the local World Market, you must go! We also scored some hand-painted chocolate hearts there, which worked perfectly alongside Joanna Jackson Cleveland’s handmade jewelry pieces by PYRCE.
